We are a couple in our thirties from Helsinki and we founded Tuttu because we want to help busy families with young children in the puzzle of everyday life. Many parents try to manage alone because asking for help from strangers is out of the question when it comes to their most precious ones. Tuttu helps every family find their own trusted babysitter from whom they dare to ask for help.
At the same time, we want to create meaningful work that values its workers for young adults who are studying for the field or are interested in it. We offer opportunities to the most child-loving and skilled individuals, whether their experience has been gained as the eldest in a large family, as a trusted babysitter in their circle of friends, or as a daycare worker. We have a strict screening process, and well under one-tenth of applicants become Tuttu babysitters.
